“SCIO” is Esperanto and means “knowledge”. As the name of Wevo’s customer magazine, SCIO stands for what we aspire to achieve through the medium of this magazine: to combine scientific facts and current topics, ranging from global technological developments to economic issues.
The lead article titled “The Reinvention of Innovation” focuses on a subject that tops the agenda of a great many companies. This is because as a management task, innovation today is for the most part a targeted, controlled process rather than the idea of a brilliant individual. SCIO lets experts have their say, illustrates examples of best practice and discusses current trends in innovation management.
A selection of the articles in this first edition can be found on Wevo’s website, but the magazine in its entirety is available in print only. While its format and production may be traditional, its content and layout are very modern – another example of how Wevo combines progress with the tried and tested.
