Wevo silicones are resistant and versatile. Apart from a wide operating temperature range, they offer thermal conductivity that can be adjusted between broad limits, as well as good elasticity, making them suitable for use in mechanically demanding applications.
For efficient thermal management or targeted heat removal from modules and components, potting compounds and gap fillers can be further optimised in terms of their flame-retardant properties and certified according to UL 94 V-0, depending on individual requirements. High-tech gels and adhesives round off the spectrum for protecting electrical and electronic components. All products can additionally be adapted to the respective production process they are used in.
